I have met Dr. Hugh Jones twice now and each time I have been more than impressed with his wonderful attitude, deep knowledge and most importantly his willingness to listen. A real credit to both Parkside and the NHS. I have seen many doctors about my condition and have been slowly been losing faith in the medical profession. Faith reaffirmed. M

After numerous trips to and from my GP, and many misdiagnoses later, I finally saw Dr Hugh Jones. He was the first specialist to REALLY listen to me, and very quickly diagnosed my condition. Less than 3 months later, thanks to his quick intervention, I am in remission. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Jones is thoroughly approachable and I never feel rushed by him even though he has a long list of patients to see. I always feel I have his undivided attention and interest. He takes time to explain everything about my treatment in a way I can understand and he takes on board other health issues when deciding on the best treatment. I feel totally confident with his care and always come away feeling better because he is so kind and friendly. He makes it clear that, although the next booked appointment is for one year, I have only to phone if my condition worsens and I will be seen quickly. All this makes me more confident in managing my condition. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
